Adhigana Papua: Jurnal Ilmiah Magister Manajemen is a Sinta 5 accredited, peer-reviewed, open access scientific journal published biannually by the Master of Management Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Cenderawasih. The journal serves as a platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners to disseminate high-quality research in management science, with a particular focus on the unique organizational and business contexts of Papua and Eastern Indonesia.

Since its inaugural publication in 2023, Adhigana Papua: Jurnal Ilmiah Magister Manajemen has been committed to advancing management scholarship through rigorous double-blind peer review, adherence to international publication ethics, and open access dissemination. We welcome original research articles, literature reviews, and case studies that contribute meaningfully to the theory and practice of management.
